Description: A world class example of Nayarit, Ixtlan del Rio standing female. This fabulous example stands with vessel on shoulder a colorful polychrome dress, exposed breasts large arm bands, obsidian necklace, huge ornate ear decorations and a great double nose ring with painted face to the front. The surface is masterfully polished to a glass like surface. The white paint on this figure is all original and is as bright today as the day it was made. Manganese dendrite deposits present and survives in perfect condition.
