Description: A great look into the ancient culture of the Jalisco culture showing the different afflictions that they suffered and that they suffered much of the same disabilities that we do today. This figure shows a seated female holing an olla on her shoulder, heavely decorated in jewlery, headdress and a colorful skirt.
The ancients believed that people with such afflictions were "Special", but they were much urther advanced than us today because they actually treated them as such. They believed they were gifts from the Gods and they were truely treated as equals.
