Description: A very brightly painted Mogollon, Four Mile Polychrome bowl. This great bowl is painted in quadrants with painted bands with painted dots, opsing painted squares. The rim is painted with a lightning type design and the exterior is done with a solid black band and white painted fill. The paint is all original with no touch up or enhancment. The bowl was broken in pre-histoic times and the ancients bow drilled eight holes to tie the bowl back together. A great reminder of how important and valuable pottery was to them.
