Description: Woven of raveled American flannel (red), handspun indigo, vegetal gold and white. According to conventional wisdom, the grid overlay pattern is the purest – i.e., influenced the least by other cultures – of all classic Navajo serape designs. The blanket is finely and tightly woven.

Condition: Slight fade to one side, minor restoration to small areas
